Sir,

I have sufficient hesitation, but you may check Alysicarpus bupleurifolius DC.

It should have terminal raceme. But, FBI combines it with two FI entries - 1) with red flowered http://www.plantillustrations.org/illustration.php?id_illustration=61405 and 2) Hedysarum gramineum Retz.
Two relevant links are -
  1. http://www.botanicus.org/page/477094
  2. http://www.botanicus.org/page/477095
In Roxburgh's word - 1) "Difference of soil and situation produces such great changes in this plant...."; 2) flowering time the wet and cold season' 3) raceme (spike in another entry) terminal and leaf opposed.

Perhaps this population is yet to develop a terminal spike/raceme. Or maybe I am moving towards wrong direction.

Thank you all for probable Id but I think this is not the sp. belong to Fabaceae. Because I observed the following some characters of the species :
1. small herb, branches arise from the base of the stem.
2. Calyx 5, unequal, 2 large, 3 small.
3. Corolla 3, unequal, one petal bear branched appendages at its dorsal surface(interesting character).
4. staminal tube present.
5. fruit not legume.
So, please Help in ID of the sp.

Surajit Ji's hesitation and Girish Ji's hint both appeal to me too, this may be a Polygala sp.

Yes, Sir, this is Polygala, I was totally wrong, may be P. chinensis L. var. chinensis (syn. P. glomerata Lour.)

Girish Ji's hints and an article entitled 'A Revision of the Genus Polygala L. (Polygalaceae) in Taiwan'  help me to identify the species as Polygala chinensis. Again thank you all.
