Chitralekha ji;the tree looks like Vitex negundo-'Notchi' in Malayalam.

Please send the close ups of the leaves,  flowers and fruits, as the details are not very clear in the photographs sent by you.  Nevertheless, the arrangement of the leaves, as such, does not suggest Vitex negundo-'Notchi'   in malayalam.  Perhaps the clear picture might reveal its true identity.

It may not be Vitex negundo as the tree is a very tall tree (reason why I could not get close ups of leaves) with simple leaves and white coloured flowers. I will try to get some more photographs of the tree; unfortunately it is not flowering now.

Chitralekha

Please also check with Ehretia acuminata if it produce yellow fruits in cluster during May-June and white flowers in March April. Attaching a picture of flowering twig for comparison.
