Although images look less focused but thanks to this wolly texture and darker color it finally reminds me of Strobilomyces sp.
Family - Boletaceae

Surely not any Coprinoid mushroom...

Yes Garg ji actually in mushrooms in many complex generas we can never get sure about species because there are several species that looks morphological similar and can only be distinguished from microscopic features including examining spores etc.

So better left it upto genus level in this case...
