I sent my suggestion as T.bertoroi as the species T.rosea is not recorded . Check trees of Bangalore/ lalbagh by Raman Arunachalam.

Thanks Mahadeswara Ji.
This is another post from Bangalore, not from Lalbagh.
Since Garg Ji is creating new posts of my already posted ones, with a different subject line, it is creating this confusion.
This is because some of my posts are not seen in the group.
But if I repeatedly keep on replying to my particular post on the group, later it can be seen with earlier messages shown as deleted.
Regards,
Aarti

I agree with Paradesi ji and Nagendra ji for Tabebuia rosea (Bertol.) Bertero ex A.DC. as per comparative images at Tabebuia

Thanks Garg Ji.
I remember Satish Phadke Ji mentioning that the ones flowering around April is Tabebuia rosea, where as Handroanthus impetiginosus flowers in the cooler months around November.

Aarti
