Strobilanthes neoasper,

First week of October 2018

Unfortunately because of the oncoming cyclone

and heavy rainfall at that time, 

most of the flowers fell and the 

new buds had yet to flower 

as they need a few days of sunshine to do so.

Dear Usha di

i am happy i persisted as well

as it was quite an adventure

we almost cancelled the trip

because of the floods

but after speaking to really pleasant forest officer

we postponed the trip to october

once we reached Munnar 

we decided to visit Eravikulam 

on the first day of the trip

which was fortunate for us

as Eravikulam WLS was closed 

from the next day due to approaching cyclon
