To me appears close to Randia fasciculata (Roxb.) DC. (from the checklist of Nepal) as per GBIF- specimen from Nepal. 

Looks different from other species as per GBIF specimens:
Randia sikkimensis Hook. f.
Randia wallichii Hook. f.

Himalrandia tetrasperma
