i know you will say its old 
no more pictures

i think its Sour cherry
what we saw, picked, ate on our urban foraging walks with leaders of the group....
very enjoyable walks in nyc 
look them up if you go back again 

alternately it could also be one of the dwarf cherries , prunus sp
that are known to occur in nyc boroughs

i find this very funny asnd frustrating that many insist on a species on one 
old picture that has no other identifying marks

i would just label it cherry, possibly edible sour cherry from an urban tree???

if thats where you got it

insisting on a species in such cases is not done, period.
lets remain scientific.

thats what Garg ji started this for and what Gurcharanji taught s.all these years.
