Yeah, your identification is right. Thank you Surajit ji for sharing its interesting Bengali name and complete set of good photographs. This plant has been used for fencing in different rural parts of WB. You can also find the plant in Medicinal Garden (Charak Uddyan) of Indian Botanic Garden, Howrah.

Would appreciate if you kindly write the English transliteration of the Bangla names in brackets. It would be easier for those who can not read the same. Moreover, people like me can also know the Bangla names. It is just a personal opinion...please do it as per your convenience.
