Kindly identify this pale green climber photographed in the Pakkamalai Reserve Forest, Tamil Nadu in September 2014.

Pale green leaves with white hair, branches and inflorescence white.

It seems Cocculus hirsutus (L.) W.Theob.

Dioscorea tomentosa, perhaps.
