For me the ID by Aarti ji is correct. I remember to have seen this tree in Lalbagh Bangalore.

It does show a couple of extra leaves, but not the

noticeable parallel veins of the leaves, some indication of which is

seen in your first picture leaves (partly seen) already.

i do remember this tree, i have seen one,

and for ready reference look at this picture from FOI page

The flowers features are similar , as mentioned by AArti and Mahadeswaraji.

i go click happy whe i see something i have not seen before etc

may be everybody should esp in this digital age

all it costs is a few bytes of memory

and one can delete them if no use
