I suppose this plant is not Solanum xanthocarpum, rather it can be
Solanum indicum.

Solanaceae Fortnight : Solanum violaceum : Sri Lanka : 26FEB15 : AK-41 Solanum for ID : 211210 : AK-3 Gurcharan Ji, Garg Ji, There seems to be a mistake in the id of these two posts of mine. Gurcharan Ji, you had identified earlier as Solanum violaceum. But my recent post from Bangalore is Solanum violaceum. it has tiny orange berries. Kindly recheck. Regards, Aarti

Going by leaves, it may be Solanum insanum
