Wrong parent place issue (place listed as in Kenya instead of Virginia)

A couple of places in Virginia are showing up with parents places as Kenya. I tried to edit the places to manually make the parent Virginia, but that didn't seem to help.

Sorry I don't have time to dig into this like I usually do, but I wanted to mention it in case it's a symptom of a more widespread issue with places.

Carrie, in recently updating conservation status for some species, I've come across several gibberish place names with NatureServe S ranks for the species, which makes me think they're state Places that got corrupted.

So far I've found "?7, MC, KE", "?4, TN, KE", "?3, WP, KE", "?5, ME, KE", "?6, HB, KE", and "?8, WP, KE".  All show up in Kenya.

Hi Carrie and Simon,

Thanks for catching this, those Kenya places (sourced from GADM) with names as numbers interfered with the iNat place_ids (e.g. the place_id for Virginia is 7). I had put that '?' in front of them to deal with that but apparently a few children (like the Charlottesville city that Carrie mentioned) had already been effected by being grafted to the Kenya place rather than the true place (e.g. Virginia). I only found the ~6 places mentioned above to be affected (after searching over 50k) so I think I got them all. But let me know if you see anything else funky.
