Thank you for reaching out to support. I'm curious, do you get the empty VAST error every time? An empty VAST response is rarely an SDK issue. I'd guess you're running into
frequency capping, which is a DFP feature that can limit the number of times a user can be served the same line item in a given period of time. You can demonstrate this by opening that ad tag in a browser window. If you refresh the page a few times, the tag will start serving an empty response.
However, this can only be the explanation if you're seeing the ad the first time the tag is requested. If you're never see the ad at all then it may be worth investigating further. In that case, you can share the code for your ad request and I'll take a look. If you have a test page, please share that as well.
