[referrer_url] and [description_url] macros

Hey hey,

we got some requests from ad network partners (included using VAST Wrappers) about the referrer that they see in their logs. They see googleads.g.doubleclick.net, s0.2mdn.net and imasdk.googleapis.com but expect something more meaningful.

I wonder if we're doing something wrong with the url and description_url parameter. Should we use the macros that the DFP tag generator automatically inserts and the IMA SDK does the job of finding the right referrer value? And how are these macros handled by the SDK in mobile apps?

Hey Ralf,

Thanks for the info - do you have a page where we can see your HTML5 implementation? 

As for mobile, on iOS we should be using the app name and on Android we should use package name.
