Visualize insertion sequence

Hi there,

I am trying to visualize insertion sequence in IGV 2.12.3.

Please find the attached file.

I was tweaking the settings as I went along and all of a sudden I was able to visualize the insertion sequence like a screenshot of the attached file.

However, I am not sure what settings I need to make to reproduce the same thing. 

Any advice would be appreciated.

The preference is "Show insertion markers" under the alignments tab, about 2/3 of the way down.   Also in the 3rd gen tab, if this is 3rd gen data.   Its off by default for general files, but on by default for 3rd gen.

If this is on you will see purple triangles under the coverage track representing insertions,  you can expand these by clicking.   You can only expand 1 at a time.
