How to copy a BOM

Hi,

regarding the wiki there should be a way to copy a BOM from an existing product into a new product.

(Window ID-140, Tab BOM, Copy BOM Lines From)

But I didn't find this button anywhere. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong places and somebody can give me a hint, where to look for it. Regards Martin

You can find this button "Copy BOM Lines From" in BOM&Formula Window of LiberoMFG .

Ok, but the http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Product_(Window_ID-140) is AFAIK automatically generated, so I assumed, the button mentioned there must exist somewhere. Or is this page outdated?

this botton exist in the process on this window(see screen) but this button used for Copy prices etc from other product

Hi Martin,

My previous post wasn't correct.

In this manual http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/Product_(Window_ID-140) discribed BOM tab based of LiberoMFG.

This tab disabled in the Product window. But you can activated this tab and you can see process "Copy BOM Lines From"(see screen).

But this tab for LiberoMFG(not LightMFG) only because use PP_Product_BOM table.
