How to start Developement with Idempiere

Hi ,
i have download the source code from the site as zip folder not via eclipse
when i read the tutorial of it to setup with eclipse i don't find any tutorial for when you have the source code at your machine

so i have the source code and eclipse and postgres what is the Steps to start development it

You can start from "Setting up Eclipse"

But I think it's the best to cloning the source instead of download it as a zip.
