Idempiere 4.1 - Adding a Field to an existing Window?

I watched the video Configuring iDempiere 3.0 - Adding a Field to an existing Window on Youtube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Vsq-l-1lWA and tried to follow along with the process on my fresh Idempiere 4.1 install. It appears the "Table & Column" and "Window, Tab & Field" items are both missing from 4.1. 

The "Window Customization" area seems like where some of those functions have moved to, but when I try to use those, I'm not seeing all the items featured in the video. Are there updated instructions for how to do this or is a missing plug-in required to access "Table & Column" and "Window, Tab & Field" as shown in the 3.0 video?

What I'm trying to do is to customize the Business Partners to basically have regions covering one or more postal codes and to be able to search for which business partners cover a particular ZIP code. I also want to customize Products to have attributes about quality and features of a particular product, as one would do to assess a used automobile. Any suggestions about how to accomplish these goals will be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to get a sense of what the philosophy for customizing Idempiere 4.1 is. Is the basic process still to modify the database to add or edit tables, then map those changes to Idempiere, or is there now a better integrated system to edit the database and front-end interaction?

You are probably not login in with system role and system client.

I logged in as SuperUser and I'm seeing a lot of other items. I can go to Window Customization and change things there, but if I search for "Table" in the search bar, I only find "Print Table Format," not the items referenced in the video. I installed with the one line install on Ubuntu with Postgres.

Hi Doug,

Please make sure you login with
username: SuperUser
password: ******* 

then on The select Role page select the below
Client: System
Role: System Administrator


If you do the above you should be able to access the "Table and Column

I had logged in as SuperUser, but as admin of the client I'm implementing, rather than selecting the System client and System Administrator Role. After doing that, the selections I'm looking for are, in fact, visible. Thanks for your guidance.
