Hi Community,

I got hazelcast error when I started the app and keep logging the error so the app won't run.
These are what I'm using
Version     : 3.0.0.v20150521-0243
Database Version  : 20150521_DailyBuild423/201505201243_IDEMPIERE-2625.sql
JVM                     : OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 24.79-b02
OS                     : Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 Debian Jessie
Postgre                 :   9.4 64-Bit

If i disable hazelcast by setting up multicast enabled="false" in hazelcast.xml, the error is gone.

What am I missing here? Is there something that need to be set up first?

Thank you for your help.

Regards,

Iqbal

Hi Neil,
It's stand alone.
I just follow http://wiki.idempiere.org/en/IDempiere_Debian_Installer and make no other customization in configuration.

At first it runs normally, but when I restart the server this error keeps appear.

Iqbal

Are you running iDempiere standalone or in a cluster?

Is it OK if we don't use hazelcast in production env?

Hi Iqbal,

You can leave multicast enabled="false"

To clarify, if your iDempiere is standalone (development, test or production), then Hazelcast should be disabled.
