Tools for measurement

Dear developers/programmers/geeks.

I would like to have some specific tools for measurement within the Horos. I will try to describe them briefly.

1. Circle - center point always visible (not only when highlighted); to set an exact value as a diameter/radius.

2. "T lines" - two mutually perpendicular lines; length of each line can be changed independently. 

Please, can somebody add such tools into the Horos? 

I know that some similar tools are already in Horos but are not very user friendly (especially for me). I believe that there are more users like me...waiting for the right tools to appear. For some of us this could be the only reason why we are not using Horos daily.

Thank you for the response. I know that this tool „perpendicular lines“ is already in Horos. The second perpendicular line within this tool is not necessary for me. It is quite uncomfortable to put it somewhere out of the ROI and „hide“ it much as possible. This was the reason why I have asked for a new similar tool.
