Roadmap for clustering support

Hi,

A question for Thomas and Noel...

I've been using H2 for many years but the main thing holding me back from using H2 in production is the lack of fail-over and clustering support. I am aware of H2's existing offering in this space but it rudimentary (insufficient for production use) and definitely very weak in comparison to Postgresql and MySQL.

I understand you are currently focused on improving MVCC support, but is it possible for you to focus on this thereafter?

To the community: is anyone else interested in this feature?

Yes, I'd like to implement clustering, but there is no fixed timeline.

I wasn't looking for a fixed timeline so much as a commitment to make this the next priority after MVCC support.

I've got some questions about the h2ha implementation. Any idea how to contact the author? I don't see any contact information.

I think it's unlikely that we can commit to that given the list of
worthwhile features to work on (lots) and the current list of people
actively contributing patches.
