(This is "Brian" -- Gruvin or Bryan, in fact. Also, Romolo used the letters, "MB", which means "motherboard" -- or the main controller board in the radio.)
To me, it seems very
not likely that your motherboard could be repaired. You said circuit tracks were burned. That alone is a very bad sign. There is also a good chance that the transmitter module (in the back of the radio) is damaged.
I am not sure about your economic situation. Where I live, a brand new Turnigy 9X radio is considered so cheap (NZ$80 including shipping) that no one in their right mind would consider repairing one, especially if so badly damaged. Maybe this is not the case for you? Perhaps we can still help.
The group of people you have stumbled on here, have purchased the Turnigy 9X remote control radio like yourself, but then
removed the control board and replaced it with an upgraded one, named "gruvin9x". In theory, most of us should still have the original factory board laying about, probably unwanted.
Unfortunately, I destroyed my two original Turnigy 9X boards and also my two transmitter modules, for the process of taking measurements and to make the gruvin9x replacement board etc. Otherwise, I might have offered to send you a replacements.
Alas, there are no gruvin9x boards available for sale at this time and besides, they actually cost the same or
more than the complete original radio, sorry to say.
