Every now and then, Growl stops showing me helpful notifications, and simply shows a blank, white space...

I tried grabbing a screen shot, but was unable.

Usually, things are back to normal after a reboot, but this time it started about 5 minutes after a reboot.

That's weird I was thinking it would be a web display problem.

How long does it take to have this problem? Would you be willing to try Smoke for a little while?

I’ll try smoke. It’s not a big deal…

Difficult to say after how long. I will usually go days or even weeks between reboots on the iMac.
I did restart one time recently and the Growl notifications where blank almost immediately after login. The most recent reboot “fixed” that.
Usually what happens is right after I login, I get aslew of Growl notifications, enough to fill the right-side of the screen top to bottom, two or three columns worth. All the start-ip notifications. Then after a few seconds they are all cleared up. Pretty much what I would consider to be “expected behavior”.
