Hi,

I couldn't find this answered anywhere else - apologies if I'm duplicating.

I have the new Waters & Stanton Wideband SDR (based on the RTL2838U chip). VHF and up works fine within the antenna constraints. To receive HF transmissions, I need to specify -40Mhz offset. I go to settings and specify LNB LO as -40.000000 MHz but it forgets the setting as soon as I close the config panel. The display frequency remains at the bottom of its range at 24.00MHz and I can't read any lower.

I'm running gqrx v 2.3.2 under Linux Mint Qiana 64 bit.

What am I doing wrong?

I don't remember if this is known bug or not, but you can also set the
LNB LO in the main window under "Input controls" and that will be
remembered. It also seems to work if you configure it during startup
using (use the command line option).

Hi Alex,

"Input controls" worked a treat for me - many thanks :-)
