How do I download a track off Gpsfly ?

How do I download a track off Gpsfly. When I push the "Download" button, it gives me a page of data...I'm not sure what to do with it, or how to turn it into a file that I can upload into my GPS.

Hi,

Right click on the download button, then choose "save link as" or
"save target as".

"save target as" is not an active option....it's there, but phantomed...so it's not an active choice.

Any other ideas?
