Artifacts in combo chart with stacked areas

I think this just started showing up recently, but it appears that the area-plotting algorithm is neglecting to add baseline points to properly close its polygonal area.  Odd that it's only affecting the top-most area, though; the four areas below it appear fine (green, orange, red, and - barely visible - blue).

The green stepping columns are a separate data set from the stacked area.

The area charts do odd things like that when there is a series with null values.  See http://jsfiddle.net/asgallant/mfVyd/ as an example.

If that isn't the case in your example, then post your code or a link to the page and I'll take a look.

thanks, I think that's what must be going on - i put in a check for null values and it cleared up.
