Google chart zoom feature is changing date and time format

In the attached file, if I'm commenting the zoom feature then vAxis time format is coming in 24hr format. But, If I'm applying the zoom feature then time format is getting changed.

There is no solution right now.  The development team is aware of the bug and is considering ways to fix it, but as far as I know, there is no timeline on when a fix will be ready.

Akshay, there are some new date and time formatting options described at https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/datesandtimes#axesgridlinesticks
These will apply when using the zoom feature of explorer mode.
