Auditing Super Admin access to third-party apps

I am trying to figure out what apps or integrations my super admin account (and others) have granted access to. Is there a simple way to figure this out? I want to identify the vendors and over the summer, remove any excessive rights that may have been granted.

You can use something like:

gam print users query isAdmin=true | gam csv - gam user ~primaryEmail show tokens

to list all super admins and apps they've authorized. Don't forget to audit DwD apps also:
