Duplicating an OU

Is there a GAM command that will duplicate an OU with all the settings and permissions it has?

I need to create a new OU that has all the same settings as an existing OU except one permission.  If I can duplicate the OU, then I can manually make the one changes.

There's no such command because there's no such API but you can:

1) create a CHILD orgunit of the one you wish to use as source.

2) go into the admin console and for the new child OU, change the single policy setting you want to be different.

The child OU will inherit all policies from the original OU except for the one policy you override.
