Map users when moving shared drives

I am moving a few shared drives from one Google workspace domain to another. I understand we can just change the ownership, but is there a way to convert the users from domain1 to domain2 post migration?

For eg, I am trying to migrate the following

Shared Drive Name : SrcDomainSharedDrive

Source User Email: us...@srcdomain.com

Destination User Email: us...@dstdomain.com

Post migration, I want to replace user1 with user2 with same permissions. Can we do it?

Here is the step-by-step process I am doing

1. I create a new shared drive in the destination domain and share it with the source workspace shared drive manager

2. I move all the top-level folders from the source to the destination

Now I want to replace users from a CSV in the destination. for eg

srcuser,destuser

us...@srcdomain.com, us...@destdomain.com

use...@srcdomain.com,use...@destdomain.com

When should I run the command?
