The API call taskqueue.BulkAdd() took too long to respond and was cancelled

Hi all for the past week or so I have been seeing ALOT of these errors in a previously well functioning app.

I haven't updated the app for 54 days so it isn't new code, has anyone else seen this problem.

I also saw it occasionally before, reducing the batches of async operations eliminated this (not firing 200 things at once, but firing 40 and waiting for them etc.)

However lately it's happening randomly and as far as I see, when it happens it happens at the same instance multiple times (I'm not too sure about the last part)

Same here. Mainly happens with taskqueue.BulkAdd(), but we've had a few for urlfetch.Fetch() and mail.Send(). We also didn't have any problem like this before, it suddenly started happening from a few days ago, and it's still happening frequently.
