How to make my own Ads SDK like admob

Hi,

Now i am working on make my own Ads SDK like admob,

i have completed created custom banner ad view, Full  screen ad view and Video ad view as in module,  this module also release in bintray maven center, now i need to help to how to implement ad request algorithm like admob.

please any one know then guide me.

you know any  another person who will guide me about this  ads SDK algorithms implement please give me reference, bcoz almost completed in SDK this part will be remaining.

are from india ? and are work in google team?
