Hello Support Team , 

I have issue regarding integration of admob in specific app. Apps are displaying well in another app with same adunit id. but in my another app code is not working. 
Test ads are showing but real ads are not working. can i know reason behind it . 

Please help me ..

Hello Prateek,

There are a number of factors that could result to ErrorCode: 0. Is the issue consistent in that particular app alone? Could you test with our sample apps and see if the issue is reproducible?

If it is reproducible with our sample apps, then, could you provide us the following so we could investigate further:
  • Complete error/warning logs
  • Ad Unit ID/s in question
  • Sample code implementation from the app where issue is reproducible
  • Charles logs with SSL Proxying  enabled

yes  issue is coming in  particular app.  Before 10-15 days it was showing ads but since i integrated Firebase cloud messaging this issue is coming. please help me to solve this problem .

Hi Prateek,

If you were able to serve live ads before with same Ad Unit ID, then this could possibly be a serving issue. To help us narrow down the cause of the error, could you verify first if you were able to load ads via our sample apps?

Also, providing us the following information would help us investigate further:

Hi Prateek,

If you were able to load ads via the sample app and only experienced the issue when building with your package name, then this could possibly be a serving issue. It would be best to redirect your concern to the AdMob Product Support team and provide them your Ad Unit ID/s and package name in question so they could investigate.

Have the same problem. Admob work if I change bundle identifier. But AdMob Product Support team not work.

Hello Borys,

Are you having problems accessing this form or any of the Contact Us options? You need to make sure that you are logged in using your AdMob/Gmail account before accessing those forms. In addition, you can also try accessing them in Incognito mode or try clearing your browser's cache. If none of those worked, then, you might be one of the publishers who currently have no access to the Contact Us options yet. If so, then changing the bundle identifier could be a possible workaround since you mentioned that it was working with a different bundle identifier.

adserving was disabled by admob team on specific package. that's why ads were not showing after contact to support team . they told me to correct screens in which ads were overlapping . and then again I said them please check updated apk and then ads get enabled by them .

Hi Hetal,

There are a number of factors that could affect Ad serving. However, seeing that this thread is more than 7 months old, I suggest that you create a new thread with the details of your concern (e.g. complete device logs, error encountered) and from there we could continue with the investigation.

For future reference, please refrain from posting in old threads.

Integrated my admob ad unit of banner and interstitial under

Problem: Ads are displaying test ads but now when the app is live no ads are displaying, also I have tried my other app ad ID which is already live adding testing device id but they are not displaying as well in testing. Help me out if its specific to the game issue. If it was so why are the test ads displaying.

Hi Raviraj,

If you were able to display test ads, then it's safe to assume that your code implementation is correct. That said, could you test out your Ad Unit Ids with our sample apps and see if you can reproduce the issue?

For us to check on our end, could you provide to us the Ad Unit Ids privately using the Reply privately to author option?

Hi Raviraj,

Thank you for testing it out with our sample apps and for sharing with us your findings privately. Since you were able to display test ads in your app, then the issue is not with your code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. Since you were able to display ads when testing your Ad Unit Id with our sample app, then this seems to be more of an Ad serving issue.

If you suspect that one of your accounts or apps were disabled, then it's best that you have this checked by the Product Support Team as they can further look into this. You may also use this Troubleshooter for additional assistance.

Hi,

 
Banner Ads were working for us when we were using test App ID and Test Unit ID but when we created the build for play store/ live Environment with AdMob Live App ID and Unit ID we can’t see the Ads banner. (Error Code: 0)
And when we tried the same Live App ID and Unit ID with sample app we can see the banner. Please suggest a solution.

i am test with sample ad unit id it are ad is showing but  i am using my ad unit id it are not showing ads (interstitial Ad )

Hi,

Thank you for testing with our sample Ad Unit Ids and our sample apps. There are a number of factors that could affect Ad serving on your end. 

Knowing the error code thrown (via Ad events) will help us narrow down the root cause of your concern.

However, since this is an old thread, I suggest that you create a new thread and from there, we could continue with our investigation and share the error logs.

Hello Support Team,

I have integrated AdMob as per showing in sample code with appropriate appId and with valid unit id. My account is new so sometime Ads not filled which is fine. Whenever I open app in my Huawei Device ads not showing in all app but I have check same app in another device, ads showing properly and working fine with another all devices. I haven't added test device ID or not set as test device. Please help me out to solve this issue with my AdMob account. Hello, 

It looks like the issue is specific to the device you're loading. Can you try loading the ads on a different Huawei device and see if you're able to load the ads? If yes, then it is an issue with the device you're loading. If not, could you please capture the Charles Proxy logs and share it with us, so I can take a look? You can refer to this Help Center Article on how to properly set it up. You can reply back via Reply privately to author option.

I have some problem. On emulator I can see the ad, when I install the apk file directly on device to, but when I launch the app on playstore not shows the ad.

In the firsts days 25, 26 and 27/11, when I add the app on Playstore everything worked well, but after that not.

Can you make sure that you removed the test device while loading the ads from the APK? If you're still having an issue, could you please capture the Charles Proxy logs and share it with us, so I can take a look? You can refer to this Help Center Article on how to properly set it up. Sir,
Test Ads and Real ads with test ad tag are showing in the emulator and test device with development build. But Real Ads are not showing up in Real device and Test device by installing apk file after Release build. I tried with the sample project by admob too. Please Help !

Hey Google AdMob team,
I have an inquiry similar to above. Let me quickly describe it:

1. I recently made my first flutter app
2. I have created a separate AdMob app for it as well as Ad unit - both created more than 2 weeks ago
3. I have integrated firebase_admob plugin to my app
4. I am able to see test banner within my app
5. I have changed appId and adUnitId to ones, created from within my AdMob account
6. I compiled my app to release mode
7. Once the app is started, I receive from the plugin MobileAdEvent.failedToLoad event and nothing is shown.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for sharing your Ad unit Id. I was not able to load the ads by testing with our sample apps. Can you make sure to update the Billing and Payments details on your account? Once you update these details, please note that it might take few hours for the changes to reflect on your account. I'd suggest that you wait for few hours and try loading the ads again.

Thanks for the feedback.

Indeed, it seems I didn't confirm my payment details. However, when I switch to the "Payments" screen, I can see that "Account type" I have initially selected is "Individual". I would rather represent organization and any eventual payments should be transferred to my company bank account. I can see I can create a new payment profile (from the first dropdown), however, prior acting I would like to politely ask if it is ok to create a new payment profile with Business account type and then select it for my payment details. Any other details e.g. name & address will stays the same, since I am the company owner and its address matches already provided address.
