Hi , 

Please somebody help - sometimes ads does not load and shows blank screen 
how to solve this problem in android app

Hi Ankur,

It sounds like you might be using a newly created Ad Unit ID. Can you confirm whether this is still happening? And if so, can you share your Ad Unit ID with us and we will have a look. Also, can you confirm this behavior with our sample apps as well?

i have tested with the sample app i run it 3-4 times with my Ad Unit Id.
It showed 1 time and did not show up 3 times.

Please let me know your email id so i can share the ad unit id with you.

Hi , 

My AdUnit ID is /1068322/News_HP_App_320x50_test

Added the listener also in BannerExample code 

Got the success callback but the ad did not load.

Please have a look screenshot attached.

Hi Ankur,

Thanks for providing your Ad Unit ID. Upon using it on our sample apps, I was able to constantly display ads on my end, as shown on the attached screenshot. 

Can you send us the full device logs you received on your end? Additionally, this may be a creative specific issue. Can you send us logs from Charles Proxy with SSL Proxying Enabled for us to further investigate the issue?

But the issue what i am facing is if i run the sample app 2 -3 times . . 
It wont show up say 1 time or 2 times.

Hi Ankur,

Thanks for providing the Charles' Logs. However, based on your screenshots, SSL Proxying does not seem to be enabled so we are not able to check the actual Ad Request and its response. Can you try turning them on by going to the Proxy Menu > SSL Proxying Settings and check Enable SSL Proxying? After turning them on, kindly send us the log file (.chls) that you recorded for us to investigate further.

PFA the logs also the issue is not always something it loads and sometimes not.

I have put the red background just to see the ads on top of that.

Hi there,

Thank you for providing the logs. SSL Proxying doesn't seem to be enabled for the logs you provided. However, the issue you described can be considered as a serving issue since there are scenarios where ads show, and some that don't. I would recommend you reach out to our Product Support Team or the DFP Product Forums for further assistance on this issue, as there seems to be no issues specific to the Mobile Ads SDK and I was constantly able to show ads on my end using your Ad Unit IDs. Additionally, you can use this Troubleshooter for more specific solutions.

I would like to inform you that I have deleted your most recent post since it contained your DFP AD Unit ID, which can be considered as sensitive information. Moving forward, kindly refrain from posting your Ad Unit IDs or any sensitive information on this forum.

That said, seeing as this thread is a bit old, can you provide us additional information, such as error logs or logs from Charles' Proxy, for us to investigate the issue on a new thread? This is also to maintain a steady flow of communication among concerns.
