Inmobi & Millenial Media not supported by Admob Mediation?

Although Admob documentation states that both Inmobi & Millenial Media are supported, I am getting ClassNotFound errors for both networks: com.google.ads.mediation.inmobi.InmobiAdapter, same for Millenial.

A check of the Admob SDK  6.1.0 reveals that both classes packages aren't included in the SDK.

Are both networks not supported anymore?

What I am missing here?

Hi, The Admob mediation SDK will itself not contain the network SDKs. You will have to download individual network SDKs and include them as part of your app project. In this case you have to include both InMobi and MM network SDK in your app, apart from the Admob mediation SDK. I have same issue with Inmobi via Admob Mediation with 0 impression at all.

Can you please double check the Mediation Placement Id settings and make sure the platform is correct and InMobi and Millennial are included there? Also ensure that you are using the correct Mediation Placement Id

I'm having this problem now as well. Running a game app through Unity3D with latest prime31 AdMob plugins (and thus latest AdMob SDK), I've included the latest adapters for those two networks and am using distinct ad IDs as appropriate on each. In AdMob mediation reports, I see about 10% of my ads requesting from InMobi/mMedia and zero fill rate on both.

In contrast, iAd is working for me on the iOS version of the same app (at about a 70% fill rate).

I have the same problem too.. I see ads request but impression are all 0, except for admob's.

I am using inmobi, flurry, applift through admob mediation.

What is going on here?

Are you getting good fill with AdMob? You might want to play with your mediation settings. You can read more about this in our help center.

Yes, admob have good fill rate, around 90%.

Please tell me exactly what do you mean by "play with your mediation settings."
I believe my mediation settings is fine when it is making request for mediation impressions that is NOT admob.

In fact, I have increased the custom event to $0.50 eCPM to try to reduce the use of admob mediation.
The problem remains the same, none of the mediation except admob gets any impressions.

Other than disable "Optimise AdMob Network" to stop admob mediation completely, what else can I do?

See the attached export from admob and tell me what I can do to fix the 0 impression problem.

As I have shown you in the admob export, none of the mediation network I am using gets any impression at all, i.e. they are all 0.

In fact, even after I disabled "Optimise AdMob Network", the impressions are still 0.

FYI, the csv export I have provided comes from my app called LANmic

I think I found the cause but have not found solution..

I see these in DDMS for all adapters I added.

I have solve the problem I had.
It turns out I did not include the ad network's jar file.
I only added the adapter previously.

Make sure you have added the ad network's jar file.

But I still can't retrieve ads from Inmobi, I suspect account/login related issue there because I can see Appbrain works fine.

I have InMobi-4.1.1.jar and libadapterinmobi.jar but it doesn't work.

On Friday I lost 4K impressions, by now I disabled InMobi. I'm waiting help from InMobi support, but they are not so responsive...

I think there is something wrong with Inmobi or their instructions.

Their site have so many broken links.

Inmobi's reply for my case is as good as not replying.

I'm still in trouble with them... They reply with 2 days delay.

The first 2 or 3 emails has been just to let them realize that I had already read their guide and FAQ.

Now I sent them LogCat and waiting for an answer...

I think my problem is the "mediation ID" I am using in admob mediation console which I cannot find anywhere in Inmobi console.

I have no idea what they expect us to use them when their console didn't tell us what it is.

Don't forget to add the changes required for manifest too.

If you have added adapter for other networks, you will find the instructions for mediation are basically all the same.

I finally figured out why my Inmobi ads are not loading but Interstitial loads.

It turns out Inmobi doesn't serve ads when I am using smart_banner settings in my admob configuration.

I need to use normal banner....

Hope this help whoever else encountering similar problems..

Btw, mediation ID for Inmobi is the your app ID.

Those useless Inmobi support can't even answer such a simple question after I ask them many many times!!

They keep saying mediation ID when such wording does not exist anywhere on their console.

Thanks Eric! It is true! The InMobi ads not serving when using SmartBanner in AdMob!
