House ads does not work with Admob SDK

Hi there,

I have tried to use admob house ad recently, but can not get any impression of house ad. 

The detail of configuration.

House Ad Campaign:
Goal type: Mediated house ads
Goal: unlimited
Rate: $0.01 CPM
Type: House ad
Schedule: 12 Mar 2017 - No end date

I created an image ad(image size 320*480), a text ad and a html5 ad with different destination app. (The destination app has never been installed on test device )
I set the eCPM of Admob Network as $100, otherwise it will always show ad of admob network.
I got the mediation report, the data shows hundreds requests but 0 impression.

Please kindly give some advice. Thanks.

Hello there,

It seems that your eCPM value for your house ad campaign is too low. Try setting it to a higher value (maybe 99) and see if impressions for your house ad campaign will increase. Also, I noticed that your House Ad Campaign's scheduled start date was yesterday. Do note that any impressions accounted from your House Ad campaign yesterday might take some time to reflect in your AdMob dashboard. 

However, this concern is more related to your Ad impressions and account statistics rather than the Mobile Ads SDK. It would be best to raise your impression statistics concerns to the AdMob Product Support team as they are more equipped to answer you.

In addition, you may refer to this Help Center article to know possible reasons why your house ad campaign have low fill rate.

Hi Ivan,

I have set the eCPM as your mentioned. But still can not see house ad today.

I can't find the direct way to contact the Admob Product Support Team, even an email. Could you give me more help.

As mentioned earlier, the AdMob Product Support team can answer your queries more accurately as these questions are more related to Ad serving, your AdMob dashboard, and account statistics than the Mobile Ads SDK. The only way you can contact the AdMob Product Support team is via the form I provided earlier and the different options in the Contact Us of the AdMob Help Center. Rest assured that they will respond to you as soon as possible.

I have ignored that it needs to login admob account first, so that I could not find the form before.

Same here.
I have house ad requests but no impressions.
No difference if i set ecpm 0.1 , 1, 99, 100000 .

Try to setup your profile in adwords site.
Enter valid billing info.
