I get this error when I try to add a certain ad unit to a house ad campaign: "Internal Errors. Please try again later."

I do not get this error when the ad unit refers to other apps. Only a particular app causes this bug.

Regards,
Amit

Hi Amit,

I haven't heard of this issue before. Is there any chance you're trying to advertise a house ad campaign for app A on app A? We shouldn't be letting you do something like that.

Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric,

That is not the case. I am trying to add ad unit of app A on app B. I have been able to add ad units of apps C, D, E to this campaign. I just get the error when I try to add ad unit that refers to app A.

Thanks,
Amit

Same problem here. When we try to allocate ad units for house ads, three of our ad units fail to be added, reporting "Internal Errors. Please try again later.". All of our units including those ones were migrated from legacy Admob. It so happens that those three have significant volume,

I also get this error when I try to set up my new house ad campaign.
Cannot add any Ad units, it writes 'Your updates have been saved' on top and 'Internal Errors. Please try again later.' in the bottom.

Hmm, does the ad unit that is having internal errors have the AdMob network in it?

Yes, it does. So do the others which I am able to add.

I found out that if I create new ad units it works fine, so it must have to do something with imported legacy ad units.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but I've filed a bug for someone else to have a closer look.

Another thing to look out for is you can't allocate a house ad created for iOS to an Android app/ad unit, and vice versa. However, I think the UI prevents you from even being able to try that.

For us, it's failing to create a website house ad in any of our higher volume ad units.  This is getting expensive...

Though I encountered the same problem, I could avoid it.
The unaddable unit had other ad networks except admob.
After removing them, that is the unit had only admob network,
I could add the unit into house ad.
Just for information.
