All of our traffic in our application is passed through a proxy, for white-listing purposes.  However, we have not found a way to force Admob to use this proxy.  Is there a way to achieve this within the SDK?

Hi Wickham,
There is no means of proxying traffic from the SDK at the moment. Although, i'm curious to know why you would want to do this for AdMob.

We are in a joint partnership with a mobile operator and they do not want users being charged for any data from our app.

The only way we found to be able to do this is that they will white list our IPAD address, and we will direct all traffic through a proxy.  It is easy enough for every other ad network that we have integrated using the proxyselector method, however with admob it is kind of a black box and we have no control over the network usage.

Sorry I just saw that my auto correct turned IP address to IPAD address.  LOL.

Hi Wickham,
As mentioned earlier, you would not be able to proxy traffic from the SDK. Let me know if you have further questions.

Cheers,
