Hello all,

New to God and this list.

I want to embed God in another Ruby program and e.g. build watches dynamically (as opposed to using a configuration file).

From a quick look at the code, there does not appear to be anything preventing this approach.

But I'd appreciate  thoughts, guidance and advice especially from anybody who has been down this path.

Many thanks.

Well that was quick.

Following the lead of the code and doing the 'obvious' works fine.

But I'd still appreciate any feedback from others, especially potential gotchas as well.

Thanks in advance.

Any success doing it?
I was just looking for any reference on how to do make god to dynamically watch each instance of my program and could not find info about it anywhere.

any information of your process would be nice!

Hi,

Been a bit busy.

I'm not sure I completely understand your point.  But to monitor many processes you execute a God.watch block for each one.
