Open more than one file at a time - are there plans to make glogg open group of files by SHIFT+select(click)?

Hi Glogg developers and Yermek,

Just installed Glogg for the first time, to monitor the logs of a content search engine known as IDOL.  IDOL maintains around 6 sets of log files.  Each set include around 6 log files, so essential to be able to open multiple logs in one smooth operation.  Love the look of the product and the 'Close all' function is useful but, sadly, not really practical for this particular scenario, not without the facility to Shift + Select multiple log files to open and/or drag and drop multiple log files into the Glogg window.  I think it would be a good enhacement to add.  Cheers Steve

Hi,

Try klogg https://klogg.filimonov.dev. It's a fork of glogg so look and feel is almost the same. Latest builds can open multiple files from Open File dialog/by drag&drop, installers can be downloaded from releases on GitHub https://github.com/variar/klogg/releases. They are pretty stable, because I'm planning to release new stable version this month.

Hi Anton,

I just downloaded klogg-19.02.0.366-x64-portable.zip and tried that.  The Drag and Drop works great!  I noticed you can't do the Shift + Click/Ctrl + Click multiple file select method within your File Open dialogue in this version.  If you are planning on supporting that as well, I think that will make klogg even better, but the Drag and Drop certainly provides a satisfactory workaround, and it's also good the app is portable, without requiring installation.  Many thanks!

Try latest version 19.09.0.464 from https://github.com/variar/klogg/releases/tag/continuous-win. I'm going to mark it new "stable" release this week.
