Hi,

Is this group dead? Why no one is responding to my questions.

Also Gilt never bothers to reply to my concern regarding the API key compromise even if I email. I really feel worst about gilt.

Not sure how you guys treat customers.

Thanks,
Ranjan

Hi Ranjan,

There was a transition recently in terms of group owners and the previous owners of the group are no longer around. What email address did you mail at? It may not be monitored anymore, I can check that for you. In terms of disabling the API key if it is compromised, I haven't seen a way of doing that through the developer dashboard which seems like a bug we should look into. Is there a specific key that you need disabling in the meantime and I can try disabling that for you?

Kevin.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I was really surprised at first what's really going on. Why ins't any one replying to queries.

I tried all possible ways to reach you guys which includes private email that you listed, discussion forum and finally a...@gilt.com

If you are not updating the website with all these information, it's very difficult for peoples to keep in touch with you. Your https://dev.gilt.com website has a discussion section which directly
connects to the below google group

I see you guys really need to care about maintaining up to date information. I am a senior developer, let me know if I can help you as you guys have bugs and issues in maintaining.
Actually I did coded the C# Gilt library myself which I happened to develop for one of my customer who asked to develop a product based on your API. Some how, I didn't encrypted the
API key and that customer some how came to know about that and when he asked me, I was surprised. Later thought it might be a concern and though to reach you guys.

I appreciate your help but that customer whom I code solution don't know what to do with that key, so I am fine :) I don't think you need to disable.

Please let me know if you want my C# library or you guys are planning to develop one. I can share my things with you :)

Thanks
Ranjan

Hi Ranjan,

Thanks for that. I contacted people this morning about having a...@gilt.com redirected to my team's mail address. Prior to that, it was more than likely directed to someone who had since left the company.

Any help is appreciated. We don't currently have plans to develop a C# client of our own, so certainly a community contribution is welcome.

Regards,
Kevin.
