Hi Martin,

I'm sorry that the file is not available.  It will have to be rebuilt.

It is the plan of the FreeMED developer to rebuild this file on 2/12. We wish we could do it earlier but the developer is not available until then.

Any update on this? It would be tremendously easier for me to install from the vmware image than follow the installation instructions here: https://github.com/freemed/freemed/wiki/Installation, where I am hanging on the purported 'init wizard' or initial setup (which never appears).
