44mm Headtube Reaming

Searching for a 44mm headtube reamer to fit a Chris King InSet 7. Cyclus have one for IHS only that reams to 8.mm, InSet 7 requires 10mm ream depth. 
I believe Chris King sells one. 
What other options are there? I can't believe it's that hard to find a suitable reamer.

If the reamer and facer are separate, like the Park ones, you just need a spacer between them to achieve the needed depth.  The spacer in the picture is what Park uses.
