Hi,

I know there is a contact_service which I use in my code to import contacts from the phone but to my knowledge there is not something to import contacts from gmail/apple accounts. I would have to think a lot of people save their contacts to the cloud now and was wondering if there was anyway to access those?

flutter_contacts can read iPhone’s contacts. (Is this what you mean “import contacts from apple accounts”?)

I don’t know about gmail.

What do you mean by “Apple account’s contacts”? Where can I see it in my iPhone?

Thanks for the suggestion! That's actually the service I am using now, it takes contacts that are stored locally on the device for both IOS and Android. Doesn't get them from Gmail or Apple accounts unfortunately.

(Please respond to the mailing list)
I have iPhone and I use iCloud. Where can I see the “Apple’s contacts”?

If that’s Contacts app, then flutter_contacts can read the content.

It was slipping my mind what it was called but by "Apple Accounts" I meant their Google account equivalent. So, that would be icloud, itunes email. Wherever iphone stores their contacts via cloud like google to your Gmail account.
