Flubaroo stuck on a screen

After I click "Grade Assignment" the pop up box in which we are to select how to score items (like name questions are only identifiers) -- the pop up doesn't populate it just sits as if buffering....endlessly -- have rebooted my computer several times and same result even though all other programs are working fine.

Try a personal account from a different network.

If it works, there are likely network or workplace issues
