Looks like Google has not corrected the issue? My DOcs and PDF are blank and/or the ultradox isnt running at all. I am using a paid version. I would think there would be better communication around when it's working or not.

Thanks. I've tested all 12 of my ultradox and none of them are running when someone submits a form
