Have a DEVC monitoring temperature at the window and set LATCH=.TRUE. Use that DEVC to start a TIME_DELAY CTRL.
Have a second DEVC monitoring the same temperature and set LATCH=.FALSE.
Have an ALL CTRL whose inputs are the second DEVC and the TIME_DELAY.
This will break the window at the end of the time delay if the temperature is still high enough. This doesn't account for if the temperature drops far below the setpoint during the delay, but for your needs might be good enough.
