Im thinking there is cause my Gdocs just ate shit with this error

That error is from Google Docs, not from EVE Central. Looks like Google limit the number of times you can use urlfetch in a day.
As far as I know (and as far as I've ever used) there are no strictly enforced limits to the E-C API, but trying to grab all the market orders once a second is likely to make people sad (in other words, be sensible).

From my own testing, there's a limit of 55 typeID's per request. Anyone know how to add to the documentation?
