Sorry, there some error with this app, if you install this language and change the language to tr_TR, the locker and notification can't work, so we will try to fix it.

Both, Turkish means.

one lowercase letters, uppercase letters and the other refers to Turkish

(tr_SL) SL does not mean anything.
