I have the same problem. Have you solved it? Or do we need to use the old version ESESC?

I notice that the POWER works fine in https://github.com/masc-ucsc/esesc/tree/release_2013_armv7

Hi, 

Yes, I solved it. In this version "launcher" should present in run. Check  the existence of "launcher" under "run" folder and use the below link for ARM version.
